Live purchases are not yet enabled. This policy describes the rules for live credit-pack purchases when checkout becomes available. Sandbox transactions use test funds and create isolated test credits; they are not real purchases and do not add real API credits.
USD prepaid credit packs
Prices are in USD. Each successful purchase adds its own credit batch, valid for one calendar year from payment completion. You may buy the same or another pack before an older balance is exhausted. New purchases do not extend old batches. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic overage billing. See current packs and limits.
Unused-pack refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if that purchased batch has not been used and has no request in progress. Contact support from the account that owns the purchase and provide the order reference. An eligible full refund does not deduct an additional payment-processing fee from your refund.
Used credits and exceptional cases
Used packs do not have an automatic prorated refund entitlement under this policy. Payment errors, service failures and exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually. We will return amounts incorrectly collected more than once for the same purchase; two intentional purchases of the same pack are separate top-ups.
Credit handling and payment processing
Credits linked to a payment may be held while a refund or dispute is reviewed. When a refund is completed, the affected credits are cancelled; unrelated valid batches are not cleared. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal and your payment provider; we do not guarantee an instant refund.

Send requests to 208BB through the contact page. Do not send payment passwords, card details, verification links or full API keys. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
